Before anything else, our team visits your site to assess the actual openings, conditions, and technical requirements.
Think of it as our “first date”. We take a good look, ask a few questions, and figure out exactly what you want.
Every building has its personality, and we make sure to understand yours before we start crafting.
Quotation Tailored Just for You
Once we understand your needs, we prepare a detailed quotation customized to your project’s design, materials and finishes.
No copy-paste pricing here! Every screw, hinge and glass pane is accounted for.
So if your quote feels like it took a little longer to arrive, it’s because we were making sure it fits you, not just your budget.
Shop Drawings – Turning Imagination into Paper
After you approve the quotation, our technical team swings into action to prepare shop drawings.
These are not just pretty sketches; they are the blueprints of perfection, showing exact dimensions, opening directions, and system details.
We then share them with you for approval because, let’s be honest, it’s better to have a small argument on paper than a big one on-site! 😄
This stage ensures your expectations and our designs are perfectly aligned.
BOQs & Production; The Real Magic Begins
Once the drawings are approved, we prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQs), a detailed material and component list.
Then, and only then, your project enters our production line, where precision meets craftsmanship.
Every panel is cut, every edge is polished, and every frame is inspected to meet Casements’ standards, because we don’t do “almost right.”
Installation & Final Touches – Where Vision Becomes Reality
After production, our installation team brings everything to life on your site — carefully fitting, aligning, and finishing each piece.
We coordinate with other contractors to make sure your final result is flawless, sturdy, and ready to shine.
Snug Work – The Fit-Test Phase
Before installation, we do what we call snug work — a full dry fit of your product in our factory.
This is where we assemble everything exactly as it will appear on-site, checking that every joint, hinge, and handle fits snugly (pun intended 😄).
It’s our way of catching issues early and ensuring when we get to your site, everything slides, swings and locks like a dream.
