At Casements Organisation, we pride ourselves not only on our achievements and professionalism but also on the strong, human-centered culture that underpins our daily work. 15th of july was a perfect reminder of that culture, as we gathered to celebrate the birthday of one of our Directors, Mr. Sami.
What made this celebration truly special was not just the cake or the smiles—it was the spirit of unity and humility that filled the room. Mr. Sami, despite holding a senior leadership role, has always been known for his approachable nature and his commitment to sharing with everyone, regardless of position. His down-to-earth attitude continues to break down traditional workplace hierarchies, helping to foster a truly inclusive environment.
The occasion was further uplifted by the presence of key leaders within our organisation. Our General Managing Director, Mr. Abid Alam, made time in his schedule to attend, demonstrating once again his belief in the power of personal connection. Mr. Ali Alam also joined in the celebration, adding to the warmth and shared joy of the event. Miss Pearl Kengahzu graced the occasion as well, reinforcing the message that at Casements, every member of our community—whether director, manager, or team member—is valued.
